Since the conception of Halford Associates we have developed a Risk Management Strategy with an overall objective of producing a Risk Management Plan, thus ensuring that so far as is reasonably practical all risks associated with the project are given full consideration and adequate resources are allocated throughout the project from design to completion and beyond. We believe that it is vitally important that all those involved in a project are fully aware of the Risk Management Plan and how it provides a framework for the management, administration and performance throughout the project.
At the end of a project the Risk Management Plan is reviewed and incorporated into the project file, which provides a format for review and amendment of our Risk Management Procedures and reference should subsequent projects of a similar nature be undertaken.

The responsibility for the day to day monitoring of the Risk Management Strategy lies with our Project Manager and arrangements are made for regular meetings between the Project Management team and representatives from all other parties involved to discuss and review the procedures on site.

Halford Associates utilise our experience to minimise and remove risks wherever possible and believe that Risk Management should be used as a last resort in ensuring that projects reach their successful conclusion.
